When getting a call and the person is asking for 

Mammograms or Results, please do the following:

·         Ask where they got our number from (get as much info. as you can)

o   Phone message

o   Paperwork

o   Etc.

·         Transfer the person to Central Scheduling:

o   5-7400 (614-234-5700)

o   Tell the caller to choose Option 1
